Cold, but nice....

Today I was walking with a friend toward the Valley Pond on Western Michigan University's campus, and I could not believe how nice it was outside. Yea, in Michigan it is cold, but at the same time there are leaves still on the trees and the animals are still hanging out in the pond.

I was standing on the sidewalk waiting for the bus to come and pick me up, so I could head back to work. But for just a moment I could not believe how amazing God was. See the pond was starting to freeze, but at the same time the animals that were still swimming had no care in the world. I wonder some days way people get so stressed out and how come more people do not take time out to just enjoy life.

I know that for me I am so excited for our mini break, but at the same time I am thankful because I get the opportunity to still be in college and learn about ways I can help make a difference in this world we live in.

So I guess as I get ready to go to another class; I could not help but think how am I so lucky that I get to live my dream every day, and at this very moment so many people are stressed about situations that they can not even control. But God he is amazing.

I hope that people will take time out of their week and find out why they do what they do. Remember to live your dream. Also, do not forget to be thankful and love on the ones you are close to.

For now I say be safe and for me, I am out for now.
